2. Law Enforcement — Search and Rescue
Law enforcement agencies across the world use Fotokite for search and rescue, crowd control, and perimeter security.
In the US, the Buffalo police department has a contract with Axon, which provides police with tasers and body cameras and is a partner of Fotokite. Within twelve hours of attaining the Fotokite system, they used it to locate and rescue a missing person in freezing conditions.

Twickelerveld, a security partner in the Netherlands, recently deployed Fotokite at the large-scale Hullaballoo event. Continuous aerial surveillance enabled organizers to monitor crowds and proactively address safety concerns. The tethered setup eliminated flight permissions, ensuring smooth event management and enhanced public safety.
