The Livestream Player allows users to view live video streams over the internet and, if the option is enabled, remotely control the user’s Fotokite system. By accessing and using this platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please discontinue use of the Remote Control Player immediately.
The Livestream Player provides access to the following functionality:
The Fotokite system streams video feeds via a cellular modem or customer-provided Wi-Fi/Ethernet connection.
The video is relayed through the Fotokite Cloud to the Livestream Player, hosted by Fotokite on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Access to the video stream requires a unique link and passcode.
Users can control the Fotokite system remotely, supporting operations under Extended Visual Line of Sight (EVLOS) and Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS).
Operators are responsible for ensuring compliance with the national aviation authority of their respective country of operation.
By using this platform, you agree:
Not to share access links and codes irresponsibly or use them for unauthorized activities.
To comply with applicable local and international laws regarding drone operation.
To respect privacy laws and the data of others when accessing and sharing livestreams.
To avoid any actions that could interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the platform.
Streaming resolution will adjust dynamically based on network conditions, ranging from 240p to 1080p.
We only collect IP addresses for security and performance monitoring. No personal data is recorded.
All communications between the Fotokite system, servers, and web clients are encrypted, except for ping messages used to optimize server selection.
Access to streams is secured with a unique code, which should be rotated periodically for enhanced security.
The platform is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and utilizes Google Maps. By using this platform, you agree to:
Anyone with the correct link and code can access the stream. It is the user’s responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of these details.
No video data is recorded on Fotokite servers, so past streams cannot be accessed or reviewed.
Our service operates on a best-effort basis. While designed for high reliability, factors such as internet connectivity and cloud network conditions may impact performance.
The Livestream Player is provided “as-is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Fotokite is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the Livestream Player if misuse or violations of these terms are detected.
These User Terms may be updated periodically. Users are responsible for reviewing changes posted on this page.
